蒙特雷大学的简介

Universidad de Monterrey was founded in 1969 by five religious congregations supported by enthusiastic citizens. We have 12,000 alumni in high school, our 35 major options and 17 postgraduate programs. Our fundamental challenge is to go beyond the graduation of professionals who excel in their chosen fields of specialization; we seek to shape the whole person, providing him or her a liberal arts education and social sensitivity.
We believe in UDEM that education does not only consist of the acquisition of knowledge, but should also seek the comprehensive and holistic development of the human being. We are a community united by the common aspiration of contributing to the construction of a sustainable society through knowledge and the spirit of service.
This is supported by a comfortable and functional technological infrastructure and several national and international institutions, like the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Federation of Private Institutions of Higher Education in México (FIMPES), accredit our quality. We are also members of the Center for Academic Integrity at Clemson University.
